After a thorough inspection of your commercial property, we will create an individualized plan that includes pest identification, monitoring, education, treatment, and a commitment to you to be a strong partner in your pest management program. We are so confident in our commercial pest management program that we guarantee the following:

1. 1. If after one year you are not completely satisfied with your service, we will gladly refund 100% of your last month’s service fee. Simply provide us written notification within 30 days after the twelfth month.

2. 2. An additional treatment for covered pests will be promptly rendered between regularly scheduled services at NO CHARGE for as long as your agreement is in effect.
